Keystone Kraftworks · Puzzle Pro
Privacy Notice
Short version: we collect what we need to run your account and store your work, we do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising or third-party analytics on this website or in the app.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and, if you give it, your name. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider; we never see or store it. We also keep the invite code you used and your plan.
- Your content. The projects, templates, pictures and settings you create or upload in Puzzle Pro.
- Ask Archie chat. The messages you type to the in-app assistant, which are sent to an AI model to produce an answer. Do not put anything private in them.
- Usage and technical data. Basic request logs (time, page or action, your account id, IP address, errors) that our hosting provider records so we can keep the service running and find faults, and counts such as how many projects an account holds.
- Billing. If you buy a plan, our payment provider collects your payment details. We receive a customer reference and your plan, never your card number.
- Messages to us. Anything you send to [email protected].
How we use it
To create and secure your account, store and show your work, make previews and exports, provide support, keep backups, prevent abuse, take payment, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Who handles it for us
- Clerk for sign-in, email verification codes and sessions.
- Cloudflare for hosting, storage of your projects and pictures, delivery, logs, and the AI model behind Ask Archie.
- Stripe for payments, when paid plans are on.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this website.
These providers process data for us under their own terms and may do so in the United States and other countries. We share data with others only if the law requires it or to protect the service and its users.
Cookies and storage in your browser
Puzzle Pro uses the cookies and browser storage it needs to work: the sign-in session, your settings (such as light or dark mode and autosave), and a recovery copy of an unsaved project on your own computer so you can restore it after a crash. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is open. Projects you delete are removed from live storage, and earlier copies in our backups expire after up to 90 days. Request logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period.
Your choices
You can open, export and delete your projects in the app. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and content, email [email protected] from the address on the account. We will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law, and you can ask us about them.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, your projects are tied to your account, and access to administration is limited to the people who run Puzzle Pro. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your own copies of your work.
Children
Puzzle Pro is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new date and tell beta users by email when a change is material.
